Welcome to DemoVault. By using our service at demovault.youngri.org, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

DemoVault is a free, open gallery where developers can submit and discover AI demo applications. Every submitted URL is automatically scanned with 4 security engines (Google Web Risk, Safe Browsing, URLScan, VirusTotal) before being published.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DemoVault. By submitting a demo, you confirm that you have the right to share the URL and its associated information.

3. User Submissions

When submitting a demo, you agree that:

• The URL points to a legitimate, functioning AI demo or tool
• The description accurately represents what the demo does
• You are not submitting malicious, phishing, or harmful content
• You have the right to publicly share the submitted URL

4. Reviews and Content

When posting reviews or feedback, you agree to:

• Provide honest, constructive feedback
• Not post spam, hate speech, or abusive content
• Not impersonate others

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Submit fake, fraudulent, or malicious URLs
• Attempt to bypass security scans or rate limiting
• Use automated tools to spam submissions or reviews
• Interfere with the service's operation or infrastructure
• Scrape or harvest data from the service in bulk

6. Safety Scans Disclaimer

While we scan all URLs with 4 security engines, no scanning system is 100% accurate. A "safe" result does not guarantee that a URL is completely free of risk. Users should exercise their own judgment when visiting external links. DemoVault is not responsible for the content, behavior, or safety of third-party websites linked through our service.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting a demo, you grant DemoVault a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your submission (name, description, URL) in the gallery and related promotional materials.

8. Service Availability

DemoVault is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DemoVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is $0 for free users).

10. Removal and Termination

We may remove any demo, review, or user content at our discretion. Repeated violations of these terms may result in permanent blocking from the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
